add@Prince的嘗日豐味之旅由一系列清新日式沙律開始,特別推介雜錦刺身沙律配芥末汁,由多款日本新鮮刺身包括三文魚、吞拿魚、希靈魚混合而成,充滿日本風味。除了每晚供應超過10款手握壽司卷物 及6款新鮮刺身 外,推廣期間逢星期五晚上7時30分,大廚更會上演即切原條黃鰭吞拿魚刺身。空運到港,重達40公斤的巨型太平洋原條黃鰭吞拿魚搬到自助餐桌上,由大廚即席現切刺身,為食客帶來肉質最鮮甜美味的吞拿魚刺身。
熱葷方面,廚師團隊巧手演繹各式日式佳餚,包括日式鰻魚炒飯、蜆肉麵豉湯、自選日式豬骨或地獄湯拉麵 及即製日式燒物 等,任君選擇。餅廚亦同時炮製一系列日式甜點,推介日本小倉紅豆蜂蜜蛋糕 、北海道3.6牛奶布甸、綠茶燉蛋、日式櫻花團子 ,為美食之旅多添甜蜜的東瀛風味。

Yellowfin Tuna Slicing Show
Begin your Japanese gastronomic journey at add@Prince with cold appetisers such as Mixed sashimi salad with mustard sauce, featuring different types of sashimi including salmon, tuna and herring accented with a refreshing Japanese dressing. More than 10 selections of sushi roll and nigiri, plus six varieties of fine sashimi will be served nightly. Another highlight is the tuna live slicing show every Friday at 7:30pm. A jet-fresh giant whole Pacific yellowfin tuna weighing 40kg will be sliced to order by our sashimi master at the buffet counter. Sample the ultimate freshness of premium, nutrient-rich tuna with a firm texture and medium-mild flavour.
In addition to an array of authentic Japanese mains, including Wok-fried rice with unagi, Clam miso soup, made-to-order Japanese ramen and Live grill delicacies, a variety of exquisite Japanese desserts prepared by our pastry chefs will grace the buffet spread.
