This season our Chefs selected a number of crustaceans as highlights of the most-anticipated buffet of the year at Yamm with spectacular Asian and Western dishes made at the restaurant’s theatrical live cooking stations.
Try the Slipper Lobster from Thailand with Quail Egg in Laksa Sauce, Langoustine with Black Pudding, White Bean Crumble and Wild Garlic Crust, and the majestic Boston Lobster steamed to perfection, or cooked in a variety of dishes such as Lobster Risotto with Tarragon, Chives and Parmesan.
