The refreshing and tingling Trenz - Riesling Sparkling 2015 is full of apple, melon and stone fruit flavours, which is an especially good match with seasonal seafood including oysters and mussels at Café Renaissance. Karl May - Osthofener Riesling 2015, a dry and crispy white wine that comes with aromatic flavours of peach, passion fruit and lime, works exceptionally well with Mirage’s signature crudo, Oysters “fresca”, Gin and Tonic as well as Hokkaido Scallops, Soy, Honey.
