今個夏天，AVA Restaurant Slash Bar以「花宴」為題，呈獻極富夏日氣息的味覺及視覺饗宴。「花宴」五道菜晚餐以精選時令海鮮為入饌食材，搭配食用鮮花及清新蔬菜。菜式色彩鮮艷斑爛，秀色可餐，一掃悶熱天氣帶來的疲憊和飽膩感。 座落隆堡麗景酒店38樓的餐廳，面向270度維多利亞港壯麗海景，如此美景下享用晚餐，份外開胃。 菜譜於2017年7月2日至8月31日期間，每晚6:30至10:30供應，每位HK$648。 香煎美國帶子及釀迷你意大利青瓜花： 連著花的意大利青瓜比起一般青瓜更清甜爽脆，花瓣入口帶有淡淡的花香。廚師將帶子連同蛋白、青瓜粒及忌廉打成慕斯，釀入花蕾中，造型及味道同樣獨特。香煎帶子鮮嫩彈牙，沾上野蒜汁更覺惹味。 香煎龍脷柳配續隨子花蕾： 龍脷柳掃上牛油汁後煎香，魚肉嫩滑細緻，散發濃香誘人的牛油味道，配上酸度宜人的續隨子花蕾及香烤時令蔬菜，減去油膩感。 鏡花水月： 廚師先調出如絲幼滑的白朱古力忌廉，於士多啤梨慕絲蛋糕上擠出玫瑰花花形，再加上清香芬芳的玫瑰花啫喱凝固，宛如保留鮮花燦爛盛放一刻。
