初秋，菇菌當時得令，熱愛美食的饕客豈能錯過品嚐珍味的良機？AVA Restaurant Slash Bar全新意籍行政總廚Alberto Boccelli以歐洲矜貴黑松露、牛肝菌及黃菇入饌，配合新鮮時令食材，炮製滋味營養佳餚，美食與健康兩者兼得，讓沁涼的秋日增添暖意。而且，AVA踞高於隆堡麗景酒店38樓，客人可在270度維港美景的襯托下，愝意享受窩心的美味佳餚。

黑松露意大利扁麵

貴為餐桌上的「黑色鑽石」，黑松露矜貴無比，大廚嚴選時令法國黑松露，原片鋪滿意大利扁麵，配搭意大利牛肝菌及帕馬森芝士泡沫，菜式香氣撲鼻，多重香濃滋味交匯，層次豐富，不禁令人食慾大增。

香烤鱸魚

肉質鮮嫩的鱸魚烤香後，鮮味尤為突出，搭配菌香濃郁的燉法國黃菇，口感豐腴，香氣四溢。沾上清新南瓜蓉，份外鮮甜可口。
