秋風起,又是嚐蟹的好時節。2017年10月起,咖啡亭將推出全新冬日傾城蟹宴自助晚餐,搜羅全球五款鮮蟹,包括法國麵包蟹、菲律賓加菲蟹、澳洲鱈場蟹、阿拉斯加蟹腳及本地三點蟹,以中西合壁的烹調方法,炮製過十款鮮甜肥美的秋蟹滋味。菜式每晚輪流供應,主打包括薑蔥蟹煲、清酒煮蟹、蟹黃小籠包、蟹肉蘑菇意大利雲吞及咖啡亭招牌阿拉斯加蟹腳等。自助晚餐更同時供應即開澳洲及法國新鮮生蠔、翡翠螺、青口及烚蝦,愛好海鮮的你萬勿錯過。
精選美食
地道薑蔥蟹煲
大廚先以大蒜、辣椒及薑蔥爆香,加入肥美的鮮蟹,灑上紹興酒更添風味。自助餐以熱辣辣原煲呈上,蟹肉盡吸濃郁的香料精華,風味十足。
蟹肉素翅羹
以雞骨及蔬菜熬足12小時,加入素翅及新鮮蟹肉,味道鮮甜,齒頰留香,在沁涼的秋冬享用,感覺份外滋補。
意大利雲吞配蟹肉忌廉汁
意大利雲吞由大廚自家手工製作,外皮煙韌,沾上忌廉蟹肉汁份外美味。
阿拉斯加蟹腳
阿拉斯加蟹腳賣相粗壯飽滿,雪白的蟹肉肉質細膩,爽口彈牙,海水味濃,令人欲罷不能。
日式清酒煮蟹
烹調過的清酒酒香濃郁,鮮蟹連殼熬製,蟹肉更顯清甜,鮮味突出。

Café Express is serving "The Crab Fiesta Dinner Buffet" starting from October 2017, which presents 5 types of delicious crabs from around the world including edible crab from France, spanner crab from Philippines, snow crab from Australia, Alaskan crab leg & local blood-spotted crab.
With east-meets-west recipes, over 10 spectacular crab dishes are born, including Stir-fried Crab with Ginger and Spring Onion, Japanese Rice Wine with Crab, Crab Meat Dumplings, Mushroom Ravioli with Crab Meat, and Signature Alaskan Crab Leg. Dinner buffet also serves freshly-shucked oysters from Australia and France, yabbies, sea whelks, mussels and shrimps... definitely seafood lover's heaven!
