餐廳總廚陳家俊善於烹調摩登新穎同時具備傳統真味的西班牙菜式,匠心炮製多款令人回味無窮的龍蝦美饌,締造一個鮮味滿載的晚膳體驗。前菜為充滿濃郁龍蝦鮮味、西班牙傳統美食之一的脆炸波士頓龍蝦丸,一口吃下為龍蝦盛宴掀起序幕。頭盤為煙燻龍蝦鉗配提子車厘茄紫蘇醋汁及以薄片酥皮包裹鮮甜龍蝦肉的黑松露韭蔥酥皮焗龍蝦,賞心悅目的賣相教人心花怒放。其後喝一口暖入心頭、鮮味澎湃的蟹肉意瓜龍蝦湯,加入幼細如絲的意瓜麵增加口感,同時編寫鮮味二重奏。
烤波士頓龍蝦尾伴鹹蛋黃白菜牛油薯仔粉更是令人念念不忘,陳師傅將龍蝦尾輕輕烤至金黃,配上中式鹹蛋黃更能將鮮味昇華。最後,細味外脆內軟的朱古力蕃薯波波及清新怡人的忌廉芝士甘筍薑味蛋糕,為晚膳點上完美句點。
