壽司和刺身向來是自助餐中最受歡迎的美食,推廣期間add@Prince將自助餐桌的東瀛美食區域擴大,除了手握壽司及多款新鮮刺身包括油甘魚、羅非魚、希靈魚、甜蝦、北寄貝及針魚等每晚輪流推出外,逢星期五晚上7時30分,大廚更上演即切原條黃鰭吞拿魚刺身。空運到港,重達超過40公斤的巨型太平洋原條黃鰭吞拿魚由大廚即席現切,為食客帶來肉質最鮮甜美味的吞拿魚刺身。

Fans of Japanese cuisine will be indulged with an array of assorted tempura plus freshly-cut sashimi from the giant whole tuna live-slicing show every Friday night.
Sashimi and sushi are always well-loved choices on the buffet spread. In addition to assorted sushi and sashimi on rotation nightly from many different types of fish, such as Hamachi, Tilapia, Herring, Sweet Shrimp, Hokkigai and Sayori, the sashimi master will present a jet-fresh giant whole Pacific Yellowfin Tuna slicing show at the buffet counter every Friday at 7:30pm. Savour the ultimate freshness of premium and nutrient-rich tuna sashimi with a firm texture and medium-mild flavour.
Feast on your favourite Tempura, including King Prawn, Soft Shell Crab, Aubergine, Shiitake, Okra, Sweet Potato and more.
