Using only the best abalones fished from the cold and pristine waters from South Africa and Australia, our chefs have prepared an all-Abalone feast that will guarantee to dazzle any seafood aficionados. Guests can enjoy a delicious variety of world class Abalone dishes such as: Abalone with a bean sprout salad, Abalone and Japanese mushroom salad in Yuzi sauce, Korean noodle salad with Abalone and spring onion, Abalone and seafood salad with white wine jelly, cold Abalone slices with sweet and spicy sauce, Abalone with red wine pear skewer, Abalone with jelly fish and chicken salad, Abalone with pasta and truffle cream sauce, pan-fried Abalone and crab cakes with a wasabi mayonnaise, stuffed Abalone and mushroom Vol au vent, steamed Abalone and duck feet with peanuts, shredded Abalone and Sea cucumber braised with black mushrooms, braised E Fu noodle with Abalone and mushrooms, Abalone and chicken fried rice, Steamed Abalone with dried mandarin skin and Abalone sushi.
