顧客一開始即會被自助餐桌上的冰鎮海鮮所震撼,多款冰鎮海鮮包括瀨尿蝦、本地新鮮海蝦、鱈場蟹腳、海螺及青口。冷素面配櫻花蝦及三文魚籽及青檸大蝦沙律配墨西哥粟米脆片讓顧客享受到蝦的原始鮮味。阿根廷紅蝦為海鮮界的新寵。野生捕捉自南大西洋深海水域,水質純淨且冰冷海水生長環境能令阿根廷紅蝦味道鮮甜及肉質富有彈性,最適合烤焗方式烹調並配上阿根廷香草醬,惹味非常。椒鹽瀨尿蝦、炸蝦餅配泰式梅醬及炸蔗蝦則以不同國家煮法及調味襯托出不同來源產地蝦種的獨有鮮味。食客亦不能錯過令人垂涎的冬蔭功湯大頭蝦及海鮮福建蝦湯麵,讓自助晚餐成為目不暇給的蝦饌盛宴!
為了讓食客更投入自助晚餐的氛圍,餐廳廚師更會每晚即席示範烹調名菜 – 火焰醉蝦。先將蝦隻放入中式米酒中待其變醉靜止,然後點火炒至蝦身變色,火焰醉蝦肉質鮮嫰且充滿淡淡酒香,帶給食客帶來多層次且具豐富的味蕾享受。

In addition, each guest will be entitled to a complimentary piece of Giant 8” Sized Grilled Tiger Prawn for the ultimate enjoyment.
To start with, guests will be impressed by the chilled crustacean bar filled with mantis shrimp, local sea prawn, snow crab leg, sea whelk and mussel. Chilled Japanese Truffled Somen Noodles with Sakura Ebi and Ikura and Tortilla lime shrimp salad then allow guests to experience the natural freshness of shrimps. Argentinian red shrimp is known as a rising star in the seafood world. Wild caught from the icy deep water in South Atlantic Sea, the jumbo sized Argentinian shrimp is savoury with a lobster-like taste. Best to grill it and served with Chimichuri Dip. Deep fried mantis shrimp with spicy salt, shrimp cake with plum sauce and sugarcane shrimp showcase the unique flavours of shrimp from different origins prepared with diverse regional cooking style. Not to miss is the mouth-watering long boiled prawn noodle soup with Hokkien Mee as well as the Tom Yum soup with big head shrimp and assorted seafood.
To enhance the atmosphere, chef will perform a show cooking session throughout the night - flaming drunken prawns. Soaking the prawns in Chinese wine till they are drunk then lit it on fire makes this simple yet delicious dish.
Alongside the impressive range of shrimp dishes, the dinner buffet also features all-time favourites including freshly-shucked oysters from Australia and Portugal, Snow crab leg, Japanese sashimi and sushi, oven-roasted suckling pig as well as the much-loved Häagen-Dazs ice cream and an enticing array of divine desserts.
