滋陰養顏湯品: 花膠螺頭燉雞
花膠及螺頭是不少人的滋陰首選，花膠含豐富膠質及蛋白質，能補充骨膠原，有養顏美膚之效，而響螺則滋陰補腎、清肝潤肺，加入竹絲雞、杞子、淮山、桂圓等材料熬足6小時，湯頭香濃鮮美，每口盡是精華，既是女士們的恩物，也適合一家老少享用，您又豈能錯過?
矜貴美饌: 鮑汁煎釀海參
海參性質平和，含豐富蛋白質及有補血健脾之效 ,因而有海中人參的美譽。總廚先將海參浸發三天，再把鮮蝦肉、冬菇、蝦米及豬肉釀入海參，以慢火煎至金黃熟透，最後淋上鮮甜可口的鮑汁，海參口感爽滑，盡吸鮑汁香氣。
精工細作: 火樹銀花 (桂花炒花膠絲)
花膠口感軟滑有彈性，總廚把花膠切絲，再加入雞蛋、瑤柱及爽口的銀芽以大火快炒，碎蛋炒得粒粒分明狀似桂花，吃下口感豐富，盡顯廚師功架。整道菜式金光閃閃，寓意金銀滿屋，美味又帶吉祥意頭。

飽嚐珍饈百味後，當然要以甜品作圓滿句號。冬天天氣乾燥，餐廳特別為每位客人奉送一客暖心滋潤的甜品，每星期輪流供應兩款，為您添上絲絲甜蜜暖意。
冰花海參燉六福糖水:海參除了傳統的食法，還可製作健康養生的糖水。此糖水結合六大滋補材料熬煮而成，包括海參、紅棗、杞子、雪耳、蓮子、圓肉及百合，呷一口清潤無比，助您養心安神，吃出健康。
美顏花膠燉鮮奶: 花膠燉鮮奶滋陰潤燥，可提高免疫力。燉奶香滑無比，口感順滑，為您的肌膚帶來矜貴呵護，女士們定必一試傾心。
