Start the romantic evening with the enticing appetisers featuring the lightly salty 36-month hand-carved Iberico ham with truffle honey and the delicate seafood tower with decadent blood orange honey vinaigrette, followed by Jerusalem artichoke soup with cheese toast or purple cauliflower bisque. Sample either the refreshing lime sorbet with citrus honey raindrop cake or ruby-pink raspberry sorbet with rosé and honey Moscato raindrop cake before savouring the tantalising main courses - roast Wagyu beef striploin rossini or braised fresh lobster in seafood velouté.
