由即日起至4月30日,海景咖啡廊於自助晚餐帶來逾14款以新鮮龍蝦及生蠔入饌的豐盛美食,鮮味的波士頓龍蝦菜式及來自美國、蘇格蘭及日本的即開生蠔無限量供應,務求令海鮮迷大快朵頤。

客人可首先品嚐來自美國、蘇格蘭和日本的新鮮即開生蠔來開展今次豐盛的海鮮美食之旅。三款生蠔各有不同特性但同樣鮮味十足,鮮甜飽滿的美國生蠔帶有海水味,蘇格蘭生蠔以其爽滑口感和帶有微金屬而聞名,而日本生蠔則肉質豐腴多汁。
一系列以新鮮波士頓龍蝦入饌的誘人龍蝦美食包括近期大熱的黃金鹹蛋龍蝦,濃郁的鹹蛋黃均勻地塗在每一片龍蝦上,散發鹹香誘人滋味。另一道惹味菜式辣椒蟹醬炒龍蝦以新加坡辣椒蟹醬同炒,令人垂涎不已。廚師於即席烹調區會為客人奉上即煮龍蝦叻沙,客人可選擇各式麵條配搭矜貴配料包括龍蝦和大蝦等。即席烹調區亦有龍蝦海鮮泡飯,廚師先以番茄和龍蝦熬兩個半小時製成鮮甜湯底,客人可再選擇加入龍蝦、蠔仔等配料炮製成濃郁的龍蝦海鮮泡飯。另一創意龍蝦菜式龍蝦茶碗蒸以波士頓龍蝦的鮮甜肉質為這道傳統日式美食增添了清爽滋味。
除了三款新鮮即開生蠔外,其他以生蠔入饌的美食包括三重芝士焗蠔,以三款美味芝士-帕馬臣芝士、水牛芝士及車打芝士鋪滿蠔面,帶來三重濃郁「芝」味。廚師亦會為食客即席烹調香港地道菜式潮式煎蠔餅,表面香脆加上蠔的鮮甜味,令人難以抗拒。採用日本廣島生蠔的酥炸生蠔先將生蠔蘸上加入啤酒的炸漿才炸,更添香酥鬆脆口感。
自助晚餐亦會源源不絕供應其他豐富美食,包括多款日式刺身及壽司、印度咖喱、即烤乳豬及精選烤肉等等。最後以一系列令人目不暇給的醉人甜點以及深受歡迎的Haägen-Dazs雪糕來完結這頓海鮮盛宴。

Three types of oyster have different characteristics yet the same level of tastiness. Oysters from USA are succulent and sweet with a briny flavour and crispy texture, Scottish oysters are famed for its creaminess and light mineral flavour while Japanese oyster has plump and juicy flesh.
An array of enticing lobster delicacies featuring jet-fresh Boston lobsters includes the most sought-after Golden Salted Egg Lobster with the decadent and aromatic salted egg yolk coated every piece of lobster perfectly. Lobster with Chilli Crab Sauce is stir-fried with mouth-watering, thick and spicy Singapore chilli crab sauce. Lobster Laksa is prepared a la minuteatlive cooking station, offering guests diverse choices of noodles and premium condiments such as lobsters and prawns. The live cooking station also features Lobster Seafood Rice Soup withrich tomato and lobster broth which has been cooked for 2.5 hours and diners can have their choice of lobster, oyster and other ingredients. The succulent lobster in Lobster Chawan Mushi adds refreshing flavour to this Japanese traditional speciality.
