AVA Restaurant Slash Bar of Hotel Panorama is rolling out a special set dinner “Queen of My Heart” to celebrate the special occasion of all mothers. Chef Faycal El Moujahid has elaborated a special Western set dinner for guests to savour quality seafood from around the world and pay tribute to mothers with a sumptuous dinner!

Our Chef selects luxurious seafood of the season from worldwide such as Scallop from Hokkaido, Salmon from Scotland, and Lobster from Boston to create the 5-course special Mother’s Day set dinner:
“Seared Hokkaido Scallop” – Sweet and delicious with a springy texture, an appetizing start to unveil the dinner

“Crab Salad with Tomato Gazpacho” – Tomato Gazpacho served with refreshing crab salad, tempting and savory

Hotel Panorama will join hands with Ingrid Millet in which guests who make reservation of the Mother’s Day Set Dinner (the first 20 guests each day during the promotion period), each mother will be rewarded a special gift from Ingrid Millet*.
