AVA Restaurant Slash Bar的摩洛哥主廚Faycal El Moujahid分別以魚子醬、海膽及鵝肝等珍貴食材入饌，結合主廚精湛的烹調技巧，創作出尊尚的五道菜晚餐，讓您向辛勤為家的父親致最高的敬意。

• 前菜「魚子醬牛肉他他」及「海螯蝦沙律」- 兩款口味獨特的前菜為父親節限定晚餐掀起序幕，「魚子醬牛肉他他」味道濃郁，煙燻香氣瀰漫的鮮嫩牛肉配以味道濃郁的魚子醬，令人一試難忘；而肉質鮮嫩的海螯蝦味道鮮甜，配以矜貴的魚子醬及清新柚子珠，為味蕾帶來另一種刺激

• 主菜「柚香海膽意大利幼扁麵」及「羅西尼牛柳」– 主廚以兩款風味各異的意式主菜為食客獻上雙重味覺享受：「柚香海膽意大利幼扁麵」中鮮甜的海膽固然為菜式的主角，而柚子則為菜式添上清新之氣，是一道味道較為淡雅的主菜；而「羅西尼牛柳」則是一道經典意大利名菜，以豐腴的鵝肝搭配腍滑的牛柳，襯以馬德拉酒汁，豐富的層次絕對能滿足各食客對味覺享受的追求

Featuring unlimited serving of oysters and selections of premium seafood, Carving Station with Roasted Prime Rib-eye and Dessert Corner along with made-to-order Chef’s Special main course, the Father’s Day Brunch Buffet will take all guests onto an exquisite culinary journey. Chef Faycal El Moujahid once again picks valuable ingredients including caviar, uni and foie gras to craft a special Father’s Day Set Dinner for the most important man in lifetime!

• Appetizers “Beef Tartar” & “Langoustine Salad” – Unveil the dinner by two distinctive appetizers: Smokey-flavour ground beef with luxurious caviar and runny egg yolk; the Langoustine Salad will bring connoisseurs a flavourful prelude to their dinner

• Main Courses “Tagliolino Pasta” & “Beef Tenderloin Rossini” – Those two Italian main courses will double the enjoyment! While handmade “Tagliolino Pasta” served with uni and yuzu brings you a light and refreshing taste, the tender and succulent “Beef Tenderloin Rossini” will give dinners a rich and unforgettable taste, which will go perfectly with foie gras and Madeira wine sauce
