港島太平洋酒店餐廳由7月13日至10月31日,逢星期六、日及公眾假期推出全新「喜愛澳葡」下午茶自助餐,獻上為人熟悉的澳葡菜式,讓大家感受充滿歷史特色的美食,其中包括烤沙甸魚沙律、葡式馬介休球、澳門黑毛豬扒包、葡式蛋撻(經典原味、日曬番茄乾口味、葡式香腸口味)、焙茶木糠布甸及馬介休流心芝士撻等多款甜點和鹹點,令人眼前一亮,大飽口福!
說起能代表澳門的食材,大家對沙甸魚必定不會陌生,大廚先將味道鮮甜的沙甸魚灑上鹽、胡椒和香料,再用中慢火烤沙甸魚至金黃色,令魚身香味四溢、油味香濃。配上新鮮沙律菜、橄欖、洋蔥及車厘茄就成為了一道清新開胃的烤沙甸魚沙律。
馬介休球是葡國的傳統小食,在澳門非常受歡迎。首先以切碎的馬介休魚肉混合薯蓉、蛋、洋蔥粒、青椒和香芹,然後用湯匙挖成橄欖球狀下鍋油炸成一顆顆外皮金黃酥脆,內裡鬆軟綿密、鮮味十足的葡式馬介休球。
澳門豬扒包遠近馳名,是遊客必食之選。大廚今次採用肉質較鬆軟,油脂分佈均勻的西班牙黑毛豬豬扒炮製地道的澳門黑毛豬扒包,先以秘製醃料醃製,然後混合洋蔥煎香,吃起來特別香口惹味。豬扒肉質粉嫩,入口嫩而彈牙。
葡式蛋撻既為耳熟能詳的澳門名物,當然不能錯過!每日新鮮烘焙,撻皮金黃酥脆,蛋液香滑幼嫩,奶香濃郁。除了經典的原味,還分別配上風味酸甜的日曬番茄乾,以及鹹香的葡國香腸,吃起來甜而不膩。
木糠布甸是傳統葡萄牙甜品,以一層忌廉一層餅碎組成,奶味香濃餅乾酥脆。有別於經典口味,今次在製作忌廉時加入了焙茶粉,焙煎香氣濃郁,搖身一變,成為了獨特的焙茶木糠布甸。
馬介休流心芝士撻是餅房主廚創意之作。嚴選優質忌廉芝士製作出香濃軟滑的芝士醬,混入鹹香的馬介休魚肉,配上格外香脆鬆化的牛油撻皮,口感層次豐富,別具創意又不失美味。

Sardines are well-known ingredient in Macanese & Portuguese cuisine due to their culinary tradition. First seasoned with salt, pepper and herbs, then put onto a hot grill until crispy and aromatic. The sardines make a great combo with salad, including fresh leafy greens, olives, onion slices, and cherry tomatoes.
Pastéis de Bacalhau is a traditional appetizer in Macau. The Bacalhau (salted cod) is chopped into very small pieces and mixed with mashed potato, egg, diced onion, green pepper and parsley. The cod mixture is then shaped into cylinder pieces and deep fried until golden brown. The delicate flavour and crispness make it one of the most popular dishes among locals and tourists.
Speaking of famous Macanese and Portuguese cuisine, pork chop bun is definitely a must-try dish. To bring it to the next level, our chef uses Iberico pork chop, a gourmet ingredient known for its exquisite taste and aroma. After marinating it with our special sauce, it is then pan-fried with onion to make it even more flavourful.
Eating a piping hot Portuguese egg tart is one of the memories for visitors to Macau. Freshly baked every day, the buttery and flaky taste of the pastry shell filled with a creamy custard and is slightly bruléed on the top. The egg tart is served with three flavours, the original, sun dried tomatoes, and Portuguese chouriço, bringing guests a different culinary experience.
Serradura is a popular dessert in Macau, it shows a layered outlook with combination of whipped cream and crumbled biscuit only, simple yet delicious. To make it more flavourful, Hojicha powder is added to the whipped cream for an earthy aroma.
