On Mother’s Day and eve, Roasted Lamb Rack, sashimi and Canadian Snow Crab Legs will be added to the lunch buffet. “Ocean Duet” Oyster and Tiger Prawn Dinner Buffet will be further enriched with popular seafood dishes including Baked Stuffed Crab Shell with Cheese and Cepes (one complimentary serving per patron) and Steamed Scallops with Garlic and Glass Noodles. Don’t forget Slow-roasted U.S. Beef Prime Rib if she is a meat lover. The nourishing Double-boiled Fish Maw with Fresh Milk and Red Date is specially added to wrap up Mother’s Day sweetly.
