For one month only during dinner, chefs at Kitchen Savvy have combined iconic ingredients from Eastern and Western countries with different international cooking methods, and crafted a 5-course tasting menu, Global Table, that is able to bring the world to you on a plate. To start, relish a lychee jelly sheet-wrapped mousse roll made with red prawns from Spain, and twirl up an aromatic truffle tagliolini cooked in a homey Italian method. For mains, get ready to fly your palate across the ocean between Japan and Australia as you savour a tender halibut prepared in a traditional Japanese Saikyo Miso Yaki method, and a lemongrass-marinated lamb chop from the land of kangaroos. What’s a global menu without French cuisine? End your dinner on a sweet note and enjoy a classic French dessert, a mango napoleon cake with fresh mango and mango custard.
The Global Table tasting menu is priced at HKD438 per person and is served with your choice of coffee or tea.
