Along with a selection of eye-catching desserts including Chamomile & Pomelo Cake, Ginkgo & Taro Mousse Cake, Tie Guan Yin Cheese Cake with Caramel Walnut and Häagen-Dazs ice-cream to round off a wonderful meal.
