‘A Taste of Korea’ Themed Lunch & Dinner Buffet
Annyeonghaseyo (Greetings)! The Farmhouse at Hyatt Centric Victoria Harbour Hong Kong will present a themed buffet called ‘A Taste of Korea’ from February 16 – April 15, 2021.
If you’re a K-Food lover, you won’t want to miss our tribute to Korean cuisine, including our Chef de Cuisine Keith’s refined adaptation of popular K-Food made with top-quality ingredients. The highlights include spicy Korean fried chicken, pork & kimchi bao, bungeoppang (fish-shaped pastry) a LIVE BBQ station and a ‘ssam’ bar stocked with fresh vegetables, sauces and Korean banchan (side dishes).
Guests can also enjoy a VR trip to eight provinces of Korea, sponsored by Korea Tourism Organization, and a Korean noodles station by Ottogi, Korea’s leading food manufacturing company, which will present two flavors of its best-selling Jin Ramen. Other Korean delicacies include kimbab, kimchi beef salad, wok-fried spicy rice cakes, seafood & scallion pancakes, kimchi & serrano fried rice, beef short rib soup, Korean-style fried vermicelli, Korean sweet rice cakes and chapssal donuts.
Also, try out our Korean-inspired cocktails like the ‘Soju Popper,’ priced at only HK $28+10% per glass. Other beverage options include Korean soju and beer, which are available by the bottle or free-flow. Enjoy a feast of Korean delicacies. We promise you it will be a meal to remember!
