The lunch, late lunch, and dinner buffet at Cafe offer an extensive selection of traditional Thai delicacies, including Massaman durian curry with chicken, Thai red curry with roasted duck and fish cakes. Not to be missed are the popular Thai desserts: homemade Thai-style shaved ice, pumpkin custard and mango sticky rice. To deliver an authentic taste of Thailand, most of the recipes came from our sister properties in Thailand and the Tourism Authority of Thailand (HK).
