TASTE OF ROYAL THAI CUISINE
To celebrate the annual Water (Songkran) Festival in Thailand, sample authentic royal Thai cuisine at The Market. From 15 March to 1 May 2023, The Market will feature the genuine flavours of royal Thai cuisine by Guest Chef Oliver who previously cooked for the Thai royal family and Chef Jack.
The duo will showcase 10 royal dishes using the finest ingredients such as Thai Fish and Pork Floss, Royal Appetiser, Thai Prawn Sashimi with Special Seafood Sauce, Thai Tamarind Sweet Chilli Fish, Clear Thai Tom Yum Seafood Soup, desserts such as Mango and Durian Glutinous Rice, Coconut Soft Serve, Pea Flower Coconut Pudding, Mango Pudding, Pandan Layer Cake, alongside with other buffet signatures, offering guests an exclusive and unique four-hand gastronomic experience.
