Whet your appetite with a selection of delectable Hors-d'oeuvre and iconic salads, featuring the artisan appetizer Pie Crust with Chicken and Mustard (Pâté En Croûte), Salade Niçoise originated in Southern France, refreshing Salade Parisienne, and French-style Salade de Poulet. Then, dive into a seafood extravaganza including Oysters, Boston Lobsters, Snow Crab Legs, Jade Whelks, and Prawns before indulging in the entrées that capture the essence of French culinary tradition, such as the legendary Sole Meunière (sautéed sole in lemon butter and parsley sauce) which said to be one of Louis XIV’s favorite dishes, flavorful Poulet à la Moutarde (French Mustard Chicken), classic Blanquette de Veau (Veal in Cream Sauce) and Moules Marinières (French-style mussels), a staple found in bistros and upmarket eateries. No French dining experience would be complete without fancy cakes and desserts.
