Set Menu for 4

Indulge in a delightful combination of flavors and textures with dishes such as Barbecued Suckling Pig or Sliced Pork Belly with Sesame Sauce or Deep-fried Crispy Tofu, Double Boiled Conch Soup with Blaze Mushroom and Bamboo Fungus, Deep-fried Squid Ball with Foie Gras, Braised Whole Abalone with Snow White Mushroom in Abalone Sauce, Sautéed Grouper with Lily Bulb and Assorted Vegetables in Mushroom Sauce or Braised Grouper with Ginger, Scallions in Soybean Sauce, Smoked Chicken with Supreme Tea Leaves, and followed by a warmth note of Double Boiled Ginger Soup with Potato and Brown Sugar at the end.

Larger group of guests are offered with an expanded version of our Father's Day Set Menu.  Enjoy an array of delectable dishes similar as the set menu for 4, with additional dishes, including Sea Conch with Seaweed in Mirin Sauce, Sautéed Grouper with Lily Bulb and Assorted Vegetables in Mushroom Sauce, Poached Vegetable with Cherry Tomato, and replaced with Steamed Grouper with Mushroom, Cordyceps Flower and Snow Dates.
