Basement 1 Restaurant Afternoon Tea for Two is newly launched with the theme of "Nostalgic Hong Kong"! A variety of Chinese and Western exquisite savory and sweet pastries and matching sauces are all made in-house, using innovative techniques to combine classic local delicacies to recreate the flavor of Hong Kong in the past, creating a relaxing and retro afternoon.
The familiar and representative mini pineapple butter: the filling is homemade pineapple vanilla custard, the outer layer is crispy pineapple bun-shaped puff, and the real mini pineapple butter contains pineapple;
Peanut Butter Toast: Made in-house with 35% French cream and Hong Kong brand peanut butter, the fragrant and smooth peanut butter mousse is presented in the shape of a nostalgic ice room toast.
Exquisite nostalgic shrimp toast: freshly made, the golden toast is crispy and full of sesame flavor, the shrimp meat is filled with fresh and sweet fillings, and the texture is perfect!
Crispy Fried Wontons with Five Willow Sauce: The whole prawns are wrapped in golden crispy wonton skin and freshly fried, and served with homemade sweet and sour Five Willow Sauce sauce. It is delicious, appetizing and refreshing!
Specially introducing White Rabbit candy flavored cream and traditional English muffins baked freshly in limited quantities every day, each bite is sweet but not greasy, a perfect combination!
Paired with Hong Kong's classic afternoon tea, Hong Kong-style milk tea, as well as black and white beef, it is an unforgettable collective memory for Hong Kong people.
