“Taste of Europe” Dinner Buffet
SkyCity Bistro is launching the “Taste of Europe” dinner buffet, inviting you to embark on a culinary journey across Europe. A series of classic dishes are freshly prepared to delight your palate. The restaurant features spacious seating and pleasant sea views, creating a relaxing atmosphere for an enjoyable dining experience.
In addition to the all-you-can-eat chilled seafood selection, including oysters, Boston lobsters, snow crab legs, prawns and jade whelks, the dinner buffet highlights diverse ingredients and cooking styles from different regions of Europe. Savour refreshing Portuguese Octopus Salad and Smoked Norwegian Salmon to whet your appetite. Indulge in succulent Swedish Meatballs, Spanish Garlic Shrimps, Traditional Irish Stew and French-style Baked Beef Minced Pie. What’s more? A wide selection of appetizers, salads, sashimi & sushi, soups, dim sum, Chinese noodles, and Indian curries is also offered.
To top off the gourmet experience, our pastry station showcases an array of tempting Italian and French pastries, including Pistachio Cheesecake and Amaretto Pistachio Savarinm which highlight the recently trendy ingredient in town. Other classics include Cappuccino Coconut Torte, Stracciatella Chocolate Truffle Cake, Crème Brûlée, Expresso Opera and Macaroon Crème Tart — each bite more delicious and delightful than the last.
To celebrate the Munich Beer Festival, guests can enjoy bottomless German Beck’s draught beer for an additional HK$138 + 10%. Raise a glass together and add the festive vibe to the "Taste of Europe" experience!
