Festive Buffet
The festive buffet presented by Skyline Cafe brings together Chinese and Western flavors as well as traditional delicacies of the festival. It is most suitable for family gatherings and satisfies the tastes of different relatives and friends. Unlimited supply of chilled seafood and sashimi, including Boston lobster, oysters, cod crab legs, blue mussels, emerald snails, shrimp, Hokkaido scallops, red shrimp, hamachi, etc., is a gorgeous start to the festive feast.
The chefs carefully prepare top-notch global delicacies in the open kitchen, such as French lamb rack, pan-fried Australian Wagyu beef, port wine duck liver toast, steamed sea dragon, stir-fried fresh abalone and fish maw seasonal vegetables, which will let your taste buds in this place. Dance your way through the winter holidays. Traditional festive delicacies such as classic roast turkey, Beef Wellington, roast beef ribs with Yorkshire pudding and crispy salmon will warm up the strong festive atmosphere. Unique Christmas desserts such as tree cake, cranberry mulled wine jelly, ginger chocolate Christmas pudding, and bird's nest egg pudding will add sweet memories to your winter gatherings.
From December 24th to 26th, Santa Claus will visit the hotel to bring joy and blessings to guests, and will take photos with everyone in front of the gingerbread house. There will also be a Christmas carol performance on Christmas Eve to spread the joy of the holiday.
