This weekend-only event features a harmonious blend of classic and innovative pastries curated by Chef Smita Grosse, new Executive Pastry Chef of The Mira Hong Kong, highlighting the rich and varied flavors of winter. From chocolate caramel yule log, the sophisticated hazelnut whipped ganache pecan praline, the elegant chestnut mont blanc, the velvety gingerbread mousse, and the comforting dark cherry kirsch compote baked cheesecake, each dessert showcases delightful expression of seasonal culinary artistry!
