In addition to the all-you-can-eat chilled seafood selection, including oysters, Boston lobsters, snow crab legs, prawns and jade whelks, the dinner buffet highlights diverse ingredients and cooking styles from different regions of Europe. Savour refreshing Portuguese Octopus Salad and Smoked Norwegian Salmon to whet your appetite. Indulge in succulent Swedish Meatballs, Spanish Garlic Shrimps, Traditional Irish Stew and French-style Baked Beef Minced Pie. What’s more? To top off the gourmet experience, our pastry station showcases an array of tempting Italian and French pastries, including Pistachio Cheesecake and Amaretto Pistachio Savarinm which highlight the recently trendy ingredient in town.
