At Le Menu, the "Opulent Dinner Buffet - Lobster.Fish Maw.Braised Abalone" offers a wide selection of delicious dishes prepared with high-end ingredients. The dinner buffet includes a variety of delicacies to satisfy your palate, including chilled seafood, herb roasted ribeye, duck liver, teppanyaki, roast crispy goose, assorted sashimi, sushi, salads, cold cuts, Chinese and Western hot dishes, exquisite desserts and Häagen-Dazs ice cream. Each evening also features exciting “Braised Abalone with Duck Web (One Serve)”, “Portuguese Suckling Pig" and “Baked Alaska”, making your dining experience even more colorful.
During the Chinese New Year period from January 29th to February 2nd (the first to the fifth day of the Chinese New Year), auspicious delicacies will be launched including braised dried oyster with black moss, pork knuckles in fermented bean curd, steamed spotted garoupa fillet, salted egg yolk prawns, scallion oil chicken and sweet red bean soup with glutinous rice balls. Additionally, to celebrate Valentine’s Day on February 14th, every customer will receive a complimentary chocolate lava cake, adding a touch of sweetness to the festivities.
