Eat@ease restaurant of Hotel Ease．Tsuen Wan presents the "In a Nostalgic Mood ．Taste of Golden Years" Semi-buffet Dinner featuring Classic Western and Chinese dishes, from salad to main dishes that are nostalgic all-time favorites and memorized among diners. Diners can choose a flavorful main courses. Aside from unlimited servings of chilled seafood, salads and appetizers, assorted sweets and free flow of drink bar will also be prepared to satisfy the appetite of all guests.

Pigeon with Tangerine Peel and Swiss Sauce, Pan-Fried Duck Breast with Orange Sauce, Bouillabaisse la Marseillaise, Lamb Sirloin Steak Wellington with Red Wine Sauce, U.S. Style Mixed Grill with Black Pepper Sauce and more.
