The chef selects a variety of high-quality ingredients and uses superb cooking skills to create the ultimate taste journey for diners. The buffet offers a wide variety of choices, including chilled seafood, grilled rib-eye steak, duck liver, roast crispy goose, assorted sashimi and sushi, salads, cold dishes, and hot dishes from Southeast Asia, Japan, China and Europe. In addition, there are a variety of exquisite desserts such as Häagen-Dazs ice cream for you to enjoy.
The wonderful performances at the dinner buffet are also not to be missed, including the braised abalone with duck web (one serve), lobster & seafood vol-au-vent, and baked Alaska, which adds fun and surprise to the meal.
The dinner buffet highlights include braised abalone with duck web (one serve), baked crab stuffed with cheese & mushrooms, and roast crispy goose; the chilled seafood section includes Boston lobster, Canadian crab legs, edible crab, sea whelk, mussels, and cooked shrimps that bring you the ultimate taste of the ocean. The grilled rib-eye steak exudes a charming meaty aroma, while each skewer of robatayaki is a perfect combination of heat and deliciousness. The chef will prepare duck liver, tiger prawns, capelin, teriyaki chicken meatballs, ox tongue, chicken cartilage, and pineapple for you on-site; braised fish maw and conpoy soup is rich and nourishing. You can also try a variety of hot dishes such as Tom Yum seafood, salt and pepper prawns, steamed scallop with garlic & vermicelli, oyster tempura, braised sliced conch with oyster sauce, lobster & seafood chawanmushi, steamed chicken with vegetables in supreme soup, Thai red curry duck and lychees, baked halibut with burgundy cream sauce, and roasted pork Knuckle. The Japanese-style series also offers fresh and sweet ark shell sashimi, fire-torched salmon sushi with tarako and snow crab sushi roll carbonara with truffle paste; the fragrant Japanese ramen is also not to be missed; the homemade crispy roast goose with tender meat and smooth; and the baked crab stuffed with cheese & mushrooms is fragrant and will make you feast on it.
During the Easter period from April 18 to 21, Le Menu Western Restaurant has prepared fun activities such as "Knock-Knock Easter Eggs" and "Fun Balloon Distribution", and also launched festive desserts such as carrot cake, bugs bunny cream cake and cross buns, allowing you to feel the strong festive atmosphere and enjoy delicious food.
