Inspired by the aesthetics of Eagle's Nest, the legendary restaurant which was located in Hilton Hotel Hong Kong and one of the best dining places for the celebrities in the 1960s, Eagle's Garden of Hilton Garden Inn Hong Kong Mongkok was open in 2016.

The contemporary interior is stylishly decorated and allows natural light to shine through the floor-to-ceiling windows. Eagle's Garden is managed by experienced chefs. We focus on high quality food and dedicate to serve fine dining and traditional dishes.

We are delighted to present delicacies with a touch of different culinary traditions all over the world. We promise our guests could truly enjoy the full authentic Cantonese dining experience in Eagle's Garden.
