Hailing from the misty hills of Kweichow, Moutai has earned global acclaim for its robust sauce fragrance and enduring finish. Its intense flavour complements the delicate and light elegance of Guangdong's culinary creations. From the sweet and succulent abalone to the tender and juicy chicken, each dish showcases a harmony of the liquor's aroma with the freshness of the ingredients. Lingering beyond the last bite, the remarkable scent of Moutai clings to both chopsticks and lips, an indelible aroma that resists fading away.

The Rouge Vegetarian Menu
Seasonal vegetables, born from nature. Rouge meticulously selects natural fruits and vegetables to create a fresh and delicious vegetarian set meal, highlighting the diverse appeal of plant-based cuisine. The menu features Double-boiled Sarcodon Aspratus Soup with Matsutake Mushrooms and Honey Locust Fruit, which is aromatic and nourishing; Pineapple Sweet and Sour Hericium Mushroom with Tofu, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, delightfully sweet and savoury; and one of the standout dishes, Braised Rice with Assorted Mushrooms in Black Truffle Sauce, presented in a hot stone pot. It combines the intense black truffles' aroma with the scorched rice's smoky scent, making it supremely enticing.
