Alaskan and French Spider Crabtastic Festive Buffet

The Market has meticulously crafted a diverse array of international delicacies and traditional festive dishes using premium ingredients, making it the ideal destination for celebrating Christmas with friends and loved ones. The Christmas buffet features chilled seafood such as King Crab Legs and Lobsters, a variety of Sashimi, Fresh Salmon Roe, and Grilled Alaskan Crab Legs, alongside an array of crab dishes. Guests can also enjoy classic American Christmas turkey, Roasted Lamb Rack, Satay BBQ Suckling Pig, and comforting main dishes like French Spider Crab Congee, Traditional Lamb Stew with Water Chestnut, the much-loved Braised Snake Soup, all contributing to a festive atmosphere at The Market!

Additionally, nothing can beat the array of international cuisines to be served on the buffet table, Grilled Lobster with Cheese, Indian Mutton Skewers, Indian Crispy Prawn, Thai Stir Fried Seafood Curry, Salmon Wellington and many more are sure to spice up guests’ holiday season! The culinary team at The Market has also crafted a huge variety of exquisite Christmas desserts including Santa Chestnut Mousse Cake, Christmas Log Cake, Christmas Pudding and Christmas Bread Pudding, etc. The Market also offers a wide selection of the renowned Durian Desserts, Chinese-style Desserts and more that are served in addition to the unlimited GODIVA soft serve. 

Guests can enjoy free-flow selected sparkling wine and have the special opportunity to experience the visit of Santa Claus during their visit to The Market on designated days for buffet brunch or dinner buffet, adding to the festive ambiance and creating a memorable dining experience.

Bad Weather Arrangement:

Safety is always our top priority. The availability of the outdoor dining area is subject to weather conditions. In the event of inclement weather, such as rainstorms or typhoons, the reservation will be rescheduled within the next 30 days.

Deposit requirement:
A non-refundable deposit is required and this amount will be calculated based on the total number of diners.

The following deposit will be forfeited if the actual attendance vary by more than one person to the number of guests noted in the initial reservation:
- HK$100 per person for lunch (4pax or above) and dinner from Monday to Thursday
- HK$200 per person for brunch, lunch and dinner from Friday to Sunday and public holidays
- HK$100 per person for afternoon tea from Monday to Sunday and public holidays
- Full payment per person for festive days (e.g. Christmas Eve / Christmas)
-20 pax or above half payment of the bill

Kindly note that when you successfully make your reservation on OKiBook , Hotel ICON will send you the deposit detail by Email & SMS, please kindly arrange the deposit payment within 3 days . If the deposit has not been paid by the above-mentioned date, the online booking system will cancel your reservation automatically.

Reservation amendment:
In order to change a reservation date or number of persons, please notify at least 7 days in advance of your reservation date to avoid any additional charges, In case less than 7 days , the number of pax should be guarantee 90%, When the actual number of guest served is smaller than 90% of the initial reservation the corresponding deposit will be forfeited. Any request to increase the number of guests will be based on the availability of restaurant.

No-Refund Policy:
Deposit paid is non-refundable. In case of cancellation, the deposit can be retained for use another day within 30 days, subject to table availability. However, 100% deposit will be forfeited if cancellation is made before 7 days of your event.

Confirmation:
After paying the deposit, a confirmation letter will be sent to you within 24 hours via by email & SMS. The deposit will be offset against the bill of your upcoming event.
