年終將至,聚會特別多,想與親朋好友開懷大快朵頤,又要擔心身體健康?今個冬季,AVA Restaurant Slash Bar 創新以超級食品入饌,為一眾熱愛美食又注重健康的饕客提供不一樣的盛宴選擇。超級食物被視為比一般食物含有更豐富營養價值,近年於世界各地大受熱捧。AVA烹飪團隊呈獻全新超級食物五道菜晚餐,主打紅菜頭帶子他他、炒黑米及烤小牛肉,誰說美食與健康不能兩者兼得?餐廳更坐擁270度維多利亞港壯麗景色,賞心悅目。菜譜於於2016年11月1日至12月18日、12月26至30日期間,逢星期一至六 晚上6:30至10:30供應,每位HK$588。
紅菜頭帶子他他
說到超級食物,數一數二的便是紅菜頭,含有豐富營養價值,可有助抗氧化及促進心臟健康。清甜紅菜頭薄片,以熱情果醋汁醃製,酸甜味道清新而刺激,配搭肥美鮮嫩的帶子刺身切碎及爽脆蔬菜沙律,讓味蕾為之一振。
牛肝菌忌廉湯
牛肝菌滋補身心,可增強身體免疫力,是對抗肆虐秋冬的流感的最佳食療。牛肝菌味道濃郁,熬成忌廉濃湯香氣沁人,配慢煮有機雞蛋及伊比利亞火腿片,味道層次豐富。
炒黑米
黑米之所以為黑色,由於其含有極高的花青素,保護人體免受自由基損害,營養價值比白米更高。黑米入口有嚼勁,米香宜人配茄醬魷魚及西班牙辣香腸,彈牙的口感令人欲罷不能。
烤小牛肉
小牛肉肉質比普通牛肉嫩滑細緻,而且卡路里及脂肪含量較低。利用低溫慢烤鎖住肉汁,鮮味誘人。
桂花雪糕配蜂巢脆片
桂花雪糕味道清新自然,花香香氣飄逸,口感幼滑,與同樣清甜的蜂巢脆片完美結合。

This winter, AVA Restaurant Slash Bar presents super food set dinner, creating a banquet for health–conscious gourmets. Over the past few years, the trend of super food has arisen out of its natural healthiness and nutritious contents. The healthy five–course set dinner of AVA features Beetroot Carpaccio & Scallop Tartare, Fried Black Rice and Roasted Veal Medallion. With 270 degrees of the panoramic harbour view, the restaurant is a good place to enjoy the scenery. Menu is served every Monday to Saturday in November & December, from 6:30pm to 10:30pm (excludes 19th – 25th & 31st December) at HK$588 per person.
Beetroot Carpaccio & Scallop Tartare
One of the most popular super foods is beetroot. High in nutritional values, beetroot helps with anti–oxidation and cardiovascular functions. Crispy, thin slices of beetroot, marinated with passion fruit vinegar, bring to your mouth a sense of stimulation. With fresh scallop tartare slices and crispy vegetable salad, the moisturizing flavour is paired with freshness, creating a new taste.
Creamy Porcini Mushroom Velouté
Porcini mushroom helps strengthen immune system, thus quite popular in autumn and winter. The mushroom, paired with cream sauce, has an alluring taste which is again emphasized after adding organic eggs and Iberico ham.
Fried Black Rice
Black rice is dark – coloured because of its high content of Anthocyanin which protects human body from free radicals. Higher in nutrition value than white rice, black rice is fried to a chewy status, adding Spanish spicy sausages to increase its multi – layered flavours.
Creamy Porcini Mushroom Velouté
Velouté is tender than normal beef with lower calories and lower fat. In this dish, velouté is cooked to a state of tenderness while still juicy and fresh.
Osmanthus Ice Cream with Honeycomb
Osmanthus ice cream has the natural taste of flowers, adding honeycomb to bring out its sweetness while still maintaining the moisturizing taste.
