由1月9日至2月25日起,Grissini意大利餐廳主廚Alessandro將再度發揮他對烹飪的無限熱情,以Pasta Aperitivo概念讓賓客相聚於此,品嚐家庭般的溫暖滋味。
所謂的‘Aperitivo’ 源自意大利,是一種風靡世界的飲食文化。它所指的是正餐(通常是晚餐)前的開胃酒,還會一併附上小食及頭盤。夜色初至,賓客可以就坐於Grissini意大利餐廳,而侍者將奉上一杯開胃酒及豐盛的精選頭盤,讓賓客可以一邊與親友暢談,一邊享受這一休閒的餐飲形式,開啟美妙夜晚。精選小食包括新鮮焗製的Grissini麵包、番茄普切塔及各式各樣的冷盤小食。
除了意大利小食,Chef Alessandro還會送上他的個人精選菜色包括海鮮意大利麵、自家製意大利闊條麵及波隆那肉醬麵。然後以檸檬圓頂蛋糕及提拉米蘇作為’Pasta Aperitivo’旅途的終點站。
’Pasta Aperitivo’將於1月9日至2月25日起每日於晚上6時至7時晚餐時段供應。

From 9 January to 25 February, Grissini’s Chef de Cuisine Alessandro will bring people together through the presentation of a “Pasta Aperitivo” menu. Chef Alessandro’s passion always inspires him to create unique offerings for Grissini’s patrons to savour the comforting flavours of home cooking.
Originated in Italy, the tradition behind “Pasta Aperitivo” is a well-known tradition around the world, the idea being that an aperitivo awakens the appetite, which is then followed by some snacks and antipasti. At Grissini, the tradition will be a great way to begin an early evening, by sitting down and mingling with family and friends while enjoying a glass of aperitivo and a lavish spread of antipasti already served to the table. Snacks will include signature Grissini bread sticks, tomato bruschetta, Italian cold cuts, condiments and more.
Pasta choices will include Chef Alessandro’s signature dishes, including Mediterranean seafood spaghetti, homemade tagliatelle and penne al ragu’ Bolognese. The “Pasta Aperitivo” journey will end with lemon dome cake and tiramisu.
The menu will be available daily from 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM, priced at HK$380 plus a 10% service charge per person.
