Hong Kong’s family-favourite restaurant of pork-centric comfort classics, The Salted Pig, celebrates Valentine’s Day with a delicious and great-value menu featuring some of our favourite dishes with a loving twist! Beloved by many as a fun, rustically casual restaurant with great food, The Salted Pig embraces the world of romance with a Valentine’s Day 3-course menu for couples to share in affectionate bliss.
The Salted Pig Valentine’s Day 3-Course Menu:
Begin with a sharing “Scarlet Romance” spritz cocktail served in a watering can, created with Belvedere vodka, grapefruit slices and thyme – a refreshing start to the evening.
Following this, the dinner begins with a pair of appetising options including Baked Camembert and Clam & Bacon Chowder for sharing – a deliciously smooth and satisfying dish paired with earthy, sautéed wild mushrooms and olive oil-grilled sourdough. Starter option two is the Butcher’s Block of assorted cold cuts and antipasto, complimented with bowls of Truffle Cauliflower Soup.
Each guest will have a choice of their own main course including the Pork Wellington wrapped in puff pastry and bacon, bursting with flavour, served with pumpkin purée, roasted mushrooms, baby onions, and spinach, finished with Port jus.
For those who prefer something from the ocean, we’ve also prepared a delightfully comforting seafood option in the form of the Seafood Pappardelle with lobster, shrimp, mussels and clams along with a rich saffron crustacean sauce.
Is a romantic dinner really complete without a perfect dessert? The Salted Pig delivers with a special platter to share, including the decadent Red Velvet Heart, delightful Chocolate Lava Cake with a zesty Lemon Meringue Tart.
The Valentine’s Day Menu will be available at all three Salted Pig locations (at Tsim Sha Tsui’s Knutsford Terrace, Lai Chi Kok and at Soho East), from 11th-14th February exclusively for dinner and is priced at $998 (+10%) per couple.
