Get ready to be pampered from the minute you enter with two welcome glasses of bubbly for you and your beloved. Start your culinary experience with our appetizers to share, featuring Oyster Tartare with caviar as well as exquisite Lobster & Foie Gras Terrine, a classy start to the rest of your evening. The soup course is a silky-rich Mushroom Cappuccino, bursting with slow-simmered flavour and depth, served with truffle mushroom crostini. A palate-cleanser follows in the form of Strawberry and Rose Petal Sorbet, served with candied rose petals.
Your main course choice includes a flavourful cut of USDA Black Angus Filet, charcoal-grilled, served with Lyonnaise potatoes and drizzled with red wine jus. For those preferring a lighter but equally delectable main course, Shore has prepared an option of Slow-Cooked Salmon with butter poached leeks and creamed lobster bisque foam.
The dessert course is an ode to chocolate, a rich Chocolate Mocha Mousse with brandy snaps, praline cream and topped with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
The 5-course menu is available from the 11th – 14th of February exclusively for dinner and is priced at $688 (+10%) per person for a romantic evening with great service, great food and a world-class ambiance both inside and outside, promising a wonderful evening.
