華岸酒吧扒房將於五月推出浪漫法式晚餐,讓您沐浴在法國柔情之中。行政總廚揀選矜貴白露筍及來自法國Charolles的牛肉製成美饌,推廣期由5月1日至6月30日。
產自法國東部勃艮地Charolles並獲得AOC認證的Charolais牛肉世界聞名,色呈深紅,油花分佈均勻,肉質柔軟,烤焗後散發出果仁的香氣瀰漫著味蕾。低卡路里但營養價值豐富的白露筍,口感幼嫩鮮甜,與法國極品牛肉堪稱完美的配搭。
三道菜的法式晚餐,前菜可選鮮白露筍配橡木煙蘇格蘭三文魚或白露筍蜆肉濃湯,主菜可選巴羅洛紅酒慢燉牛腱或”De Charolles”炭燒西冷扒配香草牛油,為你帶來不同的口感和滋味,甜品為你奉上法式焦糖燉蛋,讓你品嚐法國風情,套餐價每位$880。

Bon Appetit! Transport yourself to romantic France with a special menu featuring the luxurious white asparagus and the premium Charolais Beef at The China Coast Bar + Grill. The menu is on offer from 1 May until 30 June.
The Charolais is a breed of taurine beef cattle originated in the rolling hills and valleys of Charolles, Burgundy in eastern France, well known throughout the world for the quality of the meat and award with an AOC. It’s, perfectly marbled, juicy and buttery without being fatty, spreading an irresistible nutty flavor across the tongue and palate.
The three-course set menu priced at HK$880 per person start with the Poached Green & Peruvian White Asparagus Served with Thin Slices of Finest Oak–wood Smoked Scottish Salmon or White Asparagus Clam Chowder. For the main course there is a choice of Braised “AOC” France Beef Boneless Shank or Charcoal Grilled ‘De Charolles” Beef striploin. The set is rounded up with Crème Brulee.
