海風餐廳呈獻的母親節鮮蠔美酒早午自助餐為食客蒐羅多款任食意國佳餚，由新鮮即開生蠔、意式凍肉及火腿、優質芝士至豐富海鮮頭盤、香煎鴨肝及琳瑯滿目的意式甜品，讓食客大飽口福。另備多款滋味主菜如「黑松露意大利飯配白蘆筍及青蘆筍」、「芝士烤焗開邊龍蝦」、及「香烤澳洲安格斯肉眼牛扒」等供客人選擇。海風餐廳團隊更於母親節當日為每位母親特別炮製「粉紅西班牙水果甜酒」，令母親「甜在心頭」。
客人於當日更可為媽媽手製花朵，自製溫馨時刻。小朋友們則可於「兒童天地」盡情玩樂益智玩具並欣賞小丑扭汽球表演，度過歡樂時光。

Delight your mom with an elaborate Mother’s Day Brunch at Mistral where you can sample all-you-can-eat sumptuous offerings, from freshly shucked oysters, Parma Ham, extensive selection of Italian cold cuts, premium cheese, to seafood antipasti, pan-fried duck liver and a series of divine Italian desserts. With your choice of main dishes, choose from “black truffle risotto with white and green asparagus”, “half lobster thermidor”, “grilled beef tenderloin with king prawn in herb butter”, “grilled Australian black angus beef rib eye”, and many more.
