今個夏日,御花園咖啡室召集一眾海鮮愛好者,讓舌尖暢游大海!餐廳由2017年6月26日至2017年8月14日推出「味遊深海自助晚餐」,將龍蝦、鮑魚、海膽等多款來自海洋的美食呈現食客眼前,嘗盡鮮味!
踏入餐廳,一系列以海鮮為主題的冷熱美饌早已呈現於自助餐桌上,預備好帶領食客進入深海滋味旅程!法式龍蝦松露野菌藜麥酥皮盒釀入了鮮甜龍蝦肉及黑松露,口感鬆脆,最適合作為「旅程」的開始。多款特選刺身包括:三文魚、吞拿魚、希靈魚、八爪魚等,廚師更會席切原條油甘魚刺身,鮮味十足!此外,自助餐桌上亦佈滿各式各樣的冰鎮海鮮:波士頓龍蝦、麵包蟹、藍青口、黃金螺、松葉蟹腳及海蝦等,款款鮮甜爽口!除了冷盤,各式海鮮熱葷亦是不能錯過。鮑魚雞窩蝦子麵以原隻爽口鮑魚呈獻,再配搭濃香蝦子麵,十分惹味。更多深海滋味還有松露帶子蒸蛋、越式椰皇炒扇貝、泰式辣椒炒蟹、辣酒煮螺、海膽忌廉汁焗虎蝦配伊麵等。
自助餐桌上食物應有盡有,除了繁多的冷熱海鮮美饌,還有各款壽司、18磅美國頂級有骨牛肉、香煎鴨肝、中式點心、各式印度咖喱(咖喱牛肉、咖喱什菜、咖喱雞肉等)等,迎合食客的不同口味。
來到「旅程」尾聲,甜品桌上佈滿多款以海洋為主題造型的甜品,包括:綠茶紅豆蛋糕、芒果黑芝麻蛋糕、雲尼拿栗子蛋糕等,款款賣相精緻,與你味遊繽紛海洋!另外,一系列以榴槤入饌的甜品如貓山王榴槤布甸、炸脆皮榴槤、榴槤芝士餅等亦讓一眾榴槤愛好者欲罷不能!更多甜品還有Movenpick及Dreyer’s雪糕、朱古力噴泉等。

An array of seafood delicacies on buffet table is ready to bring guests a delicious journey in the sea! To start the journey, Lobster, Truffle and Quinoa Vol-Au-Vent is made of lobsters and black truffle, which can definitely bring diners a crispy taste. Selected sashimi including Whole Hamachi, Salmon, Tuna, Herring, Octopus, etc will be freshly served by chef. And the Seafood Platter (Boston Lobster, Brown Crab, Mussel, Golden Whelk, Crab Leg and Prawn) is also one of the highlights for gourmands. By using whole abalone, Abalone, Chicken Fillet and Shrimp Roe Noodles in Casserole is one of the hot dishes that cannot be missed! What’s more?
