唯港薈大堂餐廳GREEN,將於2017年9月15日至10月31日,提供最COOL的下午茶套餐,每一口甜蜜都蘊含著高品質的瑞士Mövenpick雪糕。
由屢獲殊榮的糕餅行政總廚何維城師傅 (Danny Ho) 製作,美妙的下午茶始於醒胃降溫茶點:蟹肉脆多士、意大利火腿蜜瓜串、煙三文魚班戟等。接著是令人垂涎三尺的藍莓雪糕杏仁撻、雪糕泡芙、雪糕窩夫筒,不容錯過的還有新鮮出爐的英式鬆餅。
而埸內更設有雪糕,每天供應不同口味的雪糕及何師傅特製的雪糕蛋白脆餅!每位惠顧下午茶的食客均會獲得不銹鋼雪糕匙一隻,在家享受透心涼雪糕。

From 15 September to 31 October 2017, chill out at GREEN, Hotel ICON’s verdant lobby restaurant with the coolest afternoon tea in town, where every sweet treat on the menu has been infused with Mövenpick’s famous Swiss ice cream.
Created by award winning Executive Pastry Chef Danny Ho, the sublime afternoon tea experience begins with savoury highlights like Truffle Crab Meat Crostini and Smoked Salmon Blinis followed by our much-adored freshly baked scones and decadently delicious ice cream sensations like Almond Tart with Blueberry Ice Cream and Crispy Waffles with Ice Cream.
