From 1 October to 30 November, Centre Street Kitchen at Island Pacific Hotel will introduce Dai Tat Dei-style dinner buffet which embodies various nostalgic elements of the Hong Kong classics. We are also pleased to collaborate with well-loved brand “Coca-Cola” to celebrate these collective memories with our valued guests. Menu highlights include Typhoon shelter Boston lobster andGrilled sea whelk with foie gras and crab meat, etc. Besides, the Chef has also created a novel of desserts such as Maltose egg custard and Yakult flavoured chiffon cake, etc. During the promotion period, Coca-Cola collectibles and vintage posters will be displayed in our restaurant which allow our guests to take pictures and look back on the colours and styles of yesteryear.
