2017年12月24日至2018年1月1日晚上,灣景廳聖誕新年自助晚餐將會特別供應燒聖誕原隻火鷄伴自家製餡腸及蜜糖芥末燒聖誕煙火腿,兩者都燒得皮脆肉嫩,讓您感受正宗的聖誕節日味道。此外,平安夜及聖誕節晚上更會加入燒美國特級牛肉眼扒,肉味豐腴,惹味濃郁,必定帶給您味蕾非一般的滋味。另外,甘香惹味的燒煙豬柳及富有地道風味的印式天多利豬腩將於2017年12月26日、31日及2018年1月1日晚上額外輪流供應,以豐富滋味的節日美食迎接新年。
聖誕新年自助晚餐薈萃多款蟹品,前菜松葉蟹肉魚子香芒芭菲、慢煮白葡萄酒西瓜配炙燒蟹棒及蟹籽蟹味鮮甜,口感嫩滑清爽;另有多款各具特色的主菜包括融合意式與韓式的卡邦尼蟹肉芝士炒韓國年糕、外脆內嫩又香口惹味的酥炸花雕軟殼蟹、香氣撲鼻的馬來喇沙炒麵包蟹,以及引入芝士粥的韓式新食法的南瓜芝士蟹粥,每位賓客更奉送葡式焗蟹肉羊肚菌釀蟹蓋 拼 岩鹽扒燒皇帝蟹腳乙客,盡享海水鮮味。除了豐盛的「蟹」薈美饌外,其他推介菜式有深受歡迎的雜錦海鮮拼盤、新西蘭生蠔、麵包蟹、黃金螺、加拿大雪花蟹腳等海鮮都會一一呈獻,海鮮迷必定愛不釋手!而日式專櫃供應即點即切的刺身,選擇包括北海道帶子、甜蝦、油甘魚、希靈魚及三文魚等等,新鮮味美。聖誕及新年期間,由廚師即場炮製的鐵板燒同樣吸引 ─ 備有燒牛扒、西京三文魚等選擇,香氣撲鼻的燒烤,配上惹味汁醬,教人垂涎。

Christmas is around the corner and it’s time to arrange celebrations with your friends and families. Harbour Restaurant of The Harbourview has prepared for you a series of sumptuous buffets and entertainment programmes. On-the-spot games offering prizes amounted to nearly HK$79,000 await you at the restaurant, too. Come and relish the joyful atmosphere of Christmas and New Year!
On the evening of 24 December 2017 to 1 January 2018, Roasted Turkey with Homemade Stuffing and Honey Mustard Roasted Gammon Ham will be particularly available. On the evenings of Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, Roasted U.S. Prime Ribeye Steak will be specially prepared for your celebrations. In addition, Roasted Smoked Pork Loin and Tandoori Pork Belly will be provided on rotational basis on 26, 31 December 2017 and 1 January 2018 for you to welcome the New Year.
In celebration of this special festival, a rich selection of crab delicacies are also available in the buffet. Some of the highlights are Snow Crab Meat and Mango Parfait topped with Caviar, Slow-cooked Watermelon in Vino Blanco with Gilled Snow Crab Stick and Crab Roe, Korean Rice Pudding Carbonara with Stone Crab Meat, Deep-fried Soft Shell Crab in Shaoxing Wine, Wok-fried Edible Crab in Laksa Paste, Crab Meat, Pumpkin and Cheese Congee. Each guest will receive a complimentary serving of Baked Crab Shell filled with Crab Meat and Morel in Portuguese Style served with Grilled Queen Crab Leg with Rock Salt. Other than crab dishes, choices of seafood including New Zealand Oysters, Edible Crabs, Canadian Snow Crab Legs, and Pacific Sea Whelks will be severed in Assorted Seafood Platter to satisfy all seafood lovers. Besides the luscious seafood, other hot picks are Sashimi and Sushi Counter and Grill Counter. The former serves a selection of sashimi sliced on-the-spot on rotation basis, including Hokkaido Scallop, Sweet Shrimp, Hamachi, Herring and Salmon, while the latter offers various sizzling choices including Grilled Minute Steak, Grilled Salmon, etc., both counters are promising the freshest dishes for you to relish.
Apart from the seductive MOVENPICK Ice Cream from Switzerland, during Christmas and New Year, festive desserts like Christmas Log Cake, German Stollen and English Christmas Pudding, Christmas Cookies and Ginger Bread House are available for dessert lovers.
