御花園咖啡室 – 龍蝦鮑魚鮮蠔自助晚餐

餐廳特別以鮮蠔、龍蝦及鮑魚配以多款極品海鮮為主打。肥美鮮甜且肉質爽滑的即開生蠔，蠔味重，海水味道較淡，最適合作為自助餐的開始。多款冰凍海鮮推介包括美國緬恩州龍蝦、松葉蟹腳、麵包蟹等。而海鮮熱葷則有蒜蓉蒸原隻扇貝、避風塘炒蟹、原隻鮑魚荷葉飯等，讓食客感受從深海而來的極級滋味。其他節日美饌包括燒有骨金門火腿、燒火雞配火雞肝汁、燒美國頂級有骨牛肉等，讓人回味無窮！而自助餐桌上供應不斷的甜品絕對是聖誕大餐的美妙點綴，多款甜品包括紅桑子栗子餅、薑味意式奶凍、聖誕千層蛋糕及聖誕樹頭布朗尼蛋糕等。全部色彩斑爛，教人開懷滿足！

帝廊推出除夕The Roaring 20’s倒數派對，以豐富美食及醉人香檳帶領顧客進入華麗的Gatsby派對；現場更設有樂隊表演及舞池，讓大家狂歡倒數迎接新一年。

Café Rivoli – Lobster, Abalone and Oyster Seafood Dinner Buffet

The restaurant serves fresh oysters, lobsters and abalone with lots of seafood as mainstream. The freshest Oyster is full of flavour and juicy for a good start of the dinner buffet. Seafood includes Maine Lobster, Spider Crab Leg, Bread Crab, etc are many guests’ favourite. Hot seafood dishes are including Steamed Whole Scallop with Garlic, Fried Crab Typhoon Shelter Style and Fried Rice with Abalone wrapped with Lotus Leaf are something should not be missed. Roasted Bone Ham, Roasted Turkey with Giblet Sauce, Roasted U.S. Prime Beef O.P. Ribs and more will satisfy diners’ taste buds. Alto 88 – Festive Celebration in Contemporary Italian Style

Perched on 31/F with breathtaking Victoria Harbour and park view beyond, diners of Alto 88 can enjoy a stunning sea view with romantic atmosphere at the restaurant with tempting contemporary Italian delicacies. Giuseppe Brancati, Executive Italian Chef of Alto 88, specially designs a lobster, white truffle and Italian Kobe Beef 5-course dinner menu for guests’ enjoyment. Delicacies include foie gras, Italian Kobe beef, lobster, white truffle will be served in the menu. Risotto “Acquerello” Lobster, Champagne and 24K Gold Leaves, Seared Italian Kobe Beef Tenderloin with Sauteed Baby Vegetables, Foie Gras and Black Truffle Sauce are highly recommended in the menu. These is no doubt that guests will have an unforgettable dining experience with cosy ambience.
