Starting from January, L’eau presents you a new-themed dinner buffet featuring precious Foie Gras and various Mongolian lamb dishes. Our Executive Chef showcases a wide selection of Mongolian Nomadic local delicacies, who skilfully serves traditional Mongolian-style Roasted Whole Lamb Leg with Cumin, Mongolian Hot Pot and Torched Foie Gras and Wagyu Beef Rolls.
