愛吃同時又想吃得健康，週末及公眾假期[email protected]推出輕盈鮮果下午茶自助餐，以營養價值高的「超級食物」及新鮮蔬果食材入饌創作健康美點。推介以近年人氣極高的巴西莓製作的有機巴西莓脫脂奶布甸，巴西莓蘊含多種維他命及營養素，且具有比一般草莓更豐富的抗氧化物。另一種同樣含有豐富維他命，纖維高而且卡路里低的食材大黃莖於歐洲較常見，因味道酸甜開胃，常被用以製作甜點。餅廚特以此炮製大黃莖蘋果批，健康有益。其他美點包括：藍莓奇亞籽布甸、南瓜杏仁芝士餅、紅桑子香芒芭菲 及合桃朱古力撻 等。為配合主題，餐廳亦特別加入低糖版本的少糖蛋白梳乎里，由餅廚即席炮製，加上窩夫配瑞士Mövenpick雪糕，為賓客源源送上。
