夏日炎炎,吃清新健康的美食就最合時宜。Three on Canton的廚師以當造水果,創製多款夏 日開胃前菜及沙律,包括意式香桃沙律、蜜瓜凍肉冷盤、桃駁李薏米沙律、西蘭花蘋果沙律等。蜜瓜和哈蜜瓜果肉多汁,與凍肉同吃確是一大享受;香桃的甜味配清新的番茄、芝士和羅勒,令人胃口大開。
廚師亦將營養豐富的水果加入食譜,製成各式各樣的惹味熱葷,推介扒香腸及香桃沙律、鹽焗香草檸檬魚、夏日果醬炒牛肋骨及黃金夏日鮮果。大廚焗製鱸魚前先將香草及檸檬放入魚身,以果味帶出魚肉的鮮味。同是以香草醃味,德國豬肉腸烤至皮脆肉嫩,與鮮甜的香桃味道匹配。大廚嚴選時令水果,如香蕉、菠蘿、奇異果及火龍果,創意地以香滑的鹹蛋黃炒香,將美食的層次提升。
餅廚匠心巧製一系列醇美鮮果甜品,以滿足您嗜甜的慾望。必試之選包括柑橘果凍、芒果、柚子及西瓜奶凍、芒果熱情果慕絲蛋糕、雜錦水果餡餅及士多啤梨番石榴蛋糕等,讓嗜甜的賓客可大快朵頤。

What’s better than enjoying naturally refreshing and wholesome dishes to combat the hot weather? Savour Three on Canton’s delicious summer appetisers and salads, including Peach Caprese Salad, Melon Tower with Cured Meat, Barley and Nectarines, Broccoli and Apple Salad and more. Colourful and luscious melons are always a perfect match with savoury cured meats, while juicy peaches add natural sweetness to fresh tomato, mozzarella and basil salad.
Nutrient-packed fruits are also incorporated into savoury hot dishes, such as Grilled Sausage and Peaches, Salt-baked Sea Bass with Lemon and Herbs, Sauteed Short Ribs with Summer Fruit Dressing, and Sauteed Fruits with Salted Egg. The Salt-baked Sea Bass is stuffed with herbs and lemon before baking, adding layers of flavour to the fresh fish. Also infused with herbs, the German Pork Sausage is grilled to crisp and paired with sweet peach. Sauteed Fruits with Salted Egg features the finest seasonal fruits, including banana, pineapple, kiwi and dragon fruit, fried with creamy salted egg yolks, taking the dish to a new level.
The pastry chefs handcraft a lavish selection of seasonal fruit desserts to indulge your sweet tooth. Must-try treats include Mandarin Gelee with Citrus Fruit, Mango, Yuzu and Watermelon Panna Cotta, Mango and Passion Fruit Mousse Cake, Seasonal Fruit Flan and Strawberry and Guava Mousse Cake.
In addition to the fruity highlights, diners can savour Three on Canton’s classic buffet favourites, such as Seared Foie Gras, freshly shucked Oysters, Japanese sashimi, sushi and soba, ‘live cooking’ noodles, authentic Indian curries and regional Chinese dishes, including the signature Peking Duck. Save room for the selection of exquisite desserts and rich, velvety Mövenpick ice cream.
