Dai Tat Dei, was once a popular nighttime bazaar market located on the harbourfront between Central and Sheung Wan districts. From 2 October to 31 December, Centre Street Kitchen will be serving a scrumptious spread of authentic local dishes which embodies various nostalgic elements of the Hong Kong classics.
Apart from the 8 types of seafood on ice, guests are invited to tempt their taste buds with celebratory specials such as Cantonese-Style Lobster Claws with Ginger and Scallions, Salt and Pepper Mantis Shrimp, Deep Fried Rabbitfish with Crispy Garlics, Chinese Barbecued Pork, Classic Sticky Rice with Chinese Sausages wrapped in Lotus Leaf and Cooked-to-order Seafood Porridge, etc. What’s more, each guest will receive a complimentary Baked Sea Whelk stuffed with Crab Meat and Black Truffle Paste to further delight the palate.
Inspired by nostalgic Chinese board games, our Pastry Chef has also created an array of nostalgic treats that evoke the sweet childhood memories that bring back the nostalgia of those heartwarming moments.
